Privacy Policy
Epoch Sigma, Inc. (“Epoch Sigma,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through epochsigma.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit a form on the Site, we collect the information you choose to give us. This may include your name, email address, links to your LinkedIn or portfolio, a resume or CV file, an inquiry type, and the contents of your message. We use this information to respond to you and to evaluate applications.
Information collected automatically
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site — for example, which pages are viewed and general usage patterns. Analytics collect standard technical data such as approximate location and device or browser type. We enable IP anonymization, so your full IP address is not stored by us. Analytics cookies remain disabled until you accept them through our cookie banner.
Cookies and analytics
We do not load analytics cookies until you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. We store your choice locally in your browser (using local storage) so we don’t ask again on every visit. You can change your decision at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for the Site, which will prompt the banner to appear again.
We use the following third-party services that may process limited data on our behalf:
- Google Analytics — website analytics, only after you consent. See Google’s privacy resources for details on their handling of data.
- Netlify — hosting and form processing. Form submissions are transmitted to and processed by Netlify before being delivered to us by email.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and communicate with you.
- To review and manage career applications.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site.
- To protect the security and integrity of the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Site (such as our hosting and analytics providers), when required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, and property. Service providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.
Data retention
We retain form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to address your inquiry or application, and thereafter as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may ask us to delete your information as described below.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@epochsigma.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information through the Site’s forms.

Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
