Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for products and services offered by Epoch Sigma, Inc. (“Epoch Sigma,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Because our products are available through more than one channel, the process depends on where you made your purchase. Please find the section below that matches how you paid.
Subscriptions purchased directly from Epoch Sigma
This section applies to subscriptions and services you buy directly from us — through our website or a product we host and bill ourselves.
14-day money-back
If you purchase a new subscription directly from us, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to the first purchase of a given subscription, not to renewals.
Cancellations and renewals
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing, and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. After the 14-day window, charges for the current period and for renewals are non-refundable, though canceling before your next renewal date prevents further charges. We review reasonable requests in good faith.
Free trials
If a product offers a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial period is over to avoid being billed.
How to request a refund
Email hello@epochsigma.com from the address associated with your account, and include your account details and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card provider.
Purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play
If you bought a subscription or in-app purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play, that transaction is processed by Apple or Google — not by Epoch Sigma — and is governed by their refund policies. We are not able to issue refunds for these purchases directly.
- Apple App Store: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, and manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s App Store account settings.
- Google Play: request a refund through the Google Play Store or Google’s support process, and manage or cancel subscriptions in your Play Store account settings.
If you are unsure how to proceed, contact us and we will point you to the right place.
Non-refundable charges
Except where a refund is required by law, the following are non-refundable: usage-based charges already incurred, one-time setup or service fees, and amounts past the applicable refund window described above.
Chargebacks
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank. We can usually resolve billing issues faster and more directly than a chargeback.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where local law provides stronger protections, those apply.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
